Gîte 1, with its 7 bedrooms, is spacious and tastefully furnished and can accommodate up to 20 people.

The gîte comprises:
Ground floor: living room, dining room, fitted kitchen and 2 toilets.
1st floor: a large bedroom with 8 single beds, a shared bathroom and 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC) and a shared toilet.
On the 2nd floor: 3 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom (bath, washbasins, toilet) and a shared toilet.
The gîte has 2 cots for babies.
In the basement, there is a relaxation area with on one side a games room (billiards, darts, table football and a bar) and on the other side a room with jacuzzi and infra-red cabin.
Outside:
A private terrace with a covered barbecue area (charcoal barbecue, sink, fridge) and a garden with petanque area and children's games.
